Above the Arctic Circle

On our flight from San Francisco to Dubai we crossed over the globe right near the North Pole and flew South over Finland and Russia. I looked out the window as we were just entering Russia and still within the Arctic Circle and saw this small mountain range that is just north of Lapland State Nature Reserve. The sun low in the Southern Hemisphere looked beautiful as it struck the snow capped peaks. It looks so cold there, and so pretty!
