November 2nd was day of the dead here in Brazil, and to take in a little local culture my family and I went for a stroll through a local cemetery. I talked with a few people and asked if I could take their photos. I came away with some beautiful images. However this image is my favorite. Sophie saw the dog laying in the chapel through the half open door, and called me over immediately. I do not know the story behind why the dog was there, but I like to think he was there remembering his lost master and friend.
