Sunday, the family and I went up to Jijoca de Jericoacoara to Lagoa do Paraíso, ‘Paradise Lagoon’. The day before we had had the pleasure of meeting Australian singer/songwriter Melissa Otto and her husband, who were in town to sing at several churches and a concert at the convention center in Sobral. We met up at the lagoon to take some pictures for Melissa’s upcoming CD. It turned out to be such a beautiful day, the storm clouds cleared, the sun came out and all the colors became vibrant with life.
