This past Sunday in Ouro Branco (Rafael Arruda) I met this couple. While they were receiving care for their ailing parts a few of us chatted with them, I asked how long they had been married to which the husband opted to give me the date, March 14, 1965. A little over 50 years, quite impressive. While we continued talking the woman started to comment about how in love she was with her husband, I glanced over at him only to see him circling his finger around his ear, rolling his eyes and saying ‘essa mulher é doido’ this woman is crazy. After their treatments as they were heading home, I asked them if I could take a picture of them, they obliged, and she asked her husband for a kiss. He didn’t budge, so she kissed him on the shoulder.
