I was part of a project that toured the city of Sobral to discover all of the places in each neighborhood that needed improvement. Places where the city government failed the community over the past years. This is just one of the 1000 plus pictures I took throughout the 27 neighborhoods and regions of Sobral. This picture was taken in July and it hadn’t rained in about a month. All of the water on the ground is leaking sewage from the homes in a 3 block radius.
